    In 1939 the name was changed to Avon
    Photos show the condition. This bottle was never opened. The top of the cork has chipped off over time.
    What looks like marks on the back, are actually air bubbles in the glass, which is common in old glass. Hot liquid glass was poured into a mold and would often have air bubbles.
